Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our US warehouse. No international delays, no customs surprises.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 5–10 business days within the United States.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all orders over $50.
Standard shipping: $4.99 on orders under $50.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the United States only. International shipping coming soon.

What is your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. If it’s not right, we’ll make it right.

What items are eligible for return?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return?
Email us at returns@inglowetrust.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process within 24 hours.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. You’ll be notified by email.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Simply initiate a return and place a new order for the correct size. We’ll process both at the same time.
