SHIPPING POLICY

Where do we ship?
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping will be available soon.

Where do orders ship from?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our US warehouse. No international transit times, no customs fees.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $4.99 on orders under $50. Shipping is free on all orders over $50.

Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking link is sent to your email address once your order has been shipped. If you have not received it within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@inglowetrust.com.

 

What if my order is delayed?
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues or high demand periods. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please reach out to us and we will investigate immediately.
