Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern every purchase made on this website. By placing an order, you agree to them. They complement our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

1. Who you're buying from

Your order is placed with INGLOWETRUST ("we", "us", "our"), an online retailer of women's activewear and lifestyle apparel. For any question about an order, contact us at support@inglowetrust.com — we usually reply within 24–48 hours.

2. Products

We describe and picture our products as accurately as we can. Some product images are created with digital and AI-assisted tools for illustration; minor differences in colour, texture, fit or detail between the images and the item delivered are possible and do not constitute a defect. All products are offered subject to availability.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout at the time you place it. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order already confirmed. Shipping is free (see our Shipping Policy).

4. Your order

The sale is formed once you complete checkout and receive our order confirmation email. If you don't receive a confirmation, contact us before assuming your order went through. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example in the event of an obvious pricing error, a payment issue, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

5. Payment

Payment is collected at the time you place your order, through our secure checkout. We do not store your full card details. Your order is prepared once payment is confirmed.

6. Delivery

We ship worldwide, free of charge, from US-based warehouses. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and estimated total delivery is 5 to 14 days, depending on order volume and destination. Full details, including customs and duties for international orders, are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Items that arrive damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described are refunded or replaced at no cost to you. Change-of-mind returns are accepted for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition; return shipping in that case is paid by the customer.

8. Conformity and warranties

We warrant that the items you receive match their description at the time of sale. If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement as described above. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs delays, extreme weather or other force-majeure events. Where such an event occurs, we will contact you to resolve it.

11. Personal data

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your information only to process and deliver your order and to provide customer support.

12. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the applicable law of the jurisdiction in which the business operates. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your order.
