Shipping Policy

Free worldwide shipping
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. No minimum, no surprises at checkout.

Processing and delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated total delivery is 5 to 14 days — the exact timing depends on the volume of orders we are processing at the time. Our items ship from US-based warehouses.

Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Customs and duties
Orders within the United States are not subject to import charges. For international orders, local duties or taxes may apply depending on your country; these are set by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Delays
Very occasionally, carrier or customs delays are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email support@inglowetrust.com and we'll look into it right away.
